  1.  @Niles-Guy  I understand but this special assessment of 80 000 USD or more hurts. Also, some people I saw bought a condo in January this year, aren't they supposed to do their due diligence and read the condominium status certificate with their lawyer ? I have a hard time understanding how the transfer of property went so smoothly. with all the red flags. Some people just cancelled their offer after checking the financial health of the corporation.
