If you are a woman (especially an older one) with some money saved and real estate, do not get married with a loser from a 3rd world country, you already know you'll will lose a lot and won't have much to fall back on. Africa, Caribbean islands, India, China, and so on..... Just watch out, don't spend much money on them, spend a lot of time with them, to see who you are dealing with but don't make the mistake of getting married.
