  2. Why are you talking about former colonies of Portugal instead of talking about Portuguese from Portugal and Europeans who can't find accommodations at a descent price ? It's not just them, it's regular every day people. Also come nationalities should be banned like Canadians just to reciprocate since they ban all foreigners to buy properties in the entire country in Canada, pretending they occupy too much space in the second largest country in the world, but now they are coming to bother us in Portugal !!! Not fair.

  4. That's true too. Also sellers don't want to negotiate their prices at all, result : many empty properties are sitting on the market for months and months and sellers are so greedy even if the property is in state of despair, that they just don't really want to sell in fact !
