  8. 100% PURE CANADIAN SPECULATION.... Have you seen that new building on 1 Yonge street, the Pinnacle, not one unit has sold in many months.. lol nobody wants them. Almost same situation for the Panda building on Dundas and Yonge, and all those new buildings on Jarvis and Dundas, huge price reductions. No buyers.

  9. True those greedy canadian investors are just in to make big profits but historical performances are not guaranteed. Now those people are likely to lose money since condos in the new buildings are not selling at all and all listings are being terminated even after huge price reductions. Depression is on the way |!

  16. Definitely true and also Scotiabank hates white people ! The black teller refused to open an account for me when I moved to Canada. She asked me why I wanted to open a bank account....What a stupid question ! Why would anyone want to open a bank account ? Then she went on to accuse me of potentially wanting to do money laundering because I told her I will need to wire some money (obviously to pay my bills, tuition and so on....). So INCOMPETENT ! I went to TD next door and the nice lady opened an account for me immediately. That's what happens when you deal with competent emoyees. I will never ever recommend Scotiabank. They deserve to go bankrupt and replaced by another bank that can managed better their assets and clients.
