  1. 100% PURE CANADIAN SPECULATION.... Have you seen that new building on 1 Yonge street, the Pinnacle, not one unit has sold in many months.. lol nobody wants them. Almost same situation for the Panda building on Dundas and Yonge, and all those new buildings on Jarvis and Dundas, huge price reductions. No buyers.

  2. True those greedy canadian investors are just in to make big profits but historical performances are not guaranteed. Now those people are likely to lose money since condos in the new buildings are not selling at all and all listings are being terminated even after huge price reductions. Depression is on the way |!
