  6. True. The best is not to go at all. Who wants to deal with all those catastrophes, hurricanes, storms, flood zones, bad constructions, and now the building that just collapsed on Collins avenue. Insurance prices are to the roof if you find one of course. I am glad I left Florida. Every year, having headaches about hurricanes, floods and so on.... Then the heat, the humidity, the lack of public transportations. Definitely, not worth it.

  13. Correct. I am glad I left Florida, especially Miami. There is basically no culture there and I missed it when I was down there. Nothing except the beach and after a while, you don't even go anymore because it's too hot and too humid. Now after the pandemic, people won't travel as much and that tourist state will slow down,
