  2. Exactly. The speaker said it so well, there was no foreign buyers for 2 years during the pandemics when borders were closed and yet prices kept on going up and up, so what does this tell you ? That FB are definitely not a contributing factor to price increase. Local Canadian buyers/investors/speculators are at the source of the problems, not FB. but no matter what proof professionals bring, Canadians will always continue to accuse those poor FB !
