  4. That's the stupidity of the American judiciary system, if only one jury doesn't agree, the suspect is acquitted. The European system is so much better, all we need is the majority of juries who need to agree to convict. When is the US going to learn and adopt the superior and more fair procedure ? This doesn't make sense really. There could always be one idiot who doesn't want to convict for whatever reason, maybe he just likes Trump that he wants to vote 'non guilty'. So glad I live in Europe.
