Cuba pays their docs $60 per month and hires them out to other countries for $2400 per month. Cuba’s system is OK for the wealthy and poor for the people. I’ve been there and spoken to Cuban Docs.

The states have been starved for public health money for years gave the job to the counties who had no idea what was coming or when or how to give out shots or staff or computer software to make a list or keep track nor did the have money to hire someone.
