  1. An air carrier passing 200 feet of a helicopter would never be acceptable. Had The helicopter seen the aircraft it would’ve remained well clear of the flight path. The whole procedure was flawed using visual separation at night in a city was very stupid. When the controller had the conflict alert he should haven given the traffic again. Traffic CRJ short final for runway 33 -1 mile at your 10 o’clock o’clock? That was what was missing. “Do you see the CRJ you seem about to run into”???

  3. @WH0oo... using night vision goggles? No depth of field. 3 sets of eyes fixed on the landing lights of wrong aircraft.😥

  4. @WH0oo... typical crew for that is two pilots two crew. . The crew was to look for traffic and they were one short. How familiar are you with Flying at night. I the Cockpit. I think the problem was traffic awareness..
