  5. He would be tried in the United States on the merits. Did he commit crime of arm dealing or did he not whether he mentions Biden or Trump or Jesus Christ? That’s only meant to confuse the issue.the issue is is he an arms dealer and a criminal. I would trust any jury in the United States to make a wise decision in that case.
