  6.  @olecamohatmcgilicudy4256  no landowner would want to raise property values because that increases taxes. Unless they are selling it. The main issue is bidenomics. Inflation has caused property owners huge tax increases and huge maintenance cost increases. Huge insurance cost increases. All that gets passed to the consumer. The cost of building a home trippled in the first year biden was in office. Voting for open borders and sanctuary status will destroy every large city in the USA. And the entire country eventually.
