  16.  @shawandabonner9681  this problem can never be fixed if we can not discuss it openly. The conversation has to Include the black community. Some members of the community are willing to admit the problem but even they don't dare speak too loudly about it. At some point maybe enough blacks will get tired of the crime and the sorrow of burying their young and demand their leaders acknowledge the very clear facts and statistics and have open honest discussions about this very very serious problem. I'm not holding my breath and I'm not planning a trip into the city anytime in the foreseeable future. I want to see this issue addressed for the good of the nation but I don't think it will be in my lifetime.
