  14. @dv2045  if Russia was putting nukes in Mexico the USA would respond by sending troops into Mexico. Putin was responding to European aggression. I don't expect you to understand and I don't care . But I see very clearly why putin did what he did. If the USA had a leader at that time diplomatic negotiations would have occurred and the entire war would not have happened. Biden slept through the entire year Russia took to prepare for invasion.
