@ashu0606 their representatives were failure to decide their future for 70 years & also not able to stop proxy war with insurgency. Lots of ppls from Kashmir has become refugees in 90s & many faced persecution for their identity. Local election were conducted.State election will also be conducted when displaced refugees will be able to return to Kashmir.
