  2. Israel has style in setting up shell companies: The "Apollo affair" is worth looking into. Note that the next "large-scale removal attempt" will probably just be done by autonomous drones. Like Arnold Schwarzenegger with propellers, only smaller. They just need a bit more work, but it seems to be mainly a problem of engineering and ethics, both of which, going by evidence, do not present significant hurdles.
