  3.  @gags730  This is technically wrong, you can be at war but one would hope the voting process will not let that happen (and of course article 5 would not be triggered, and besides article 5 only implies that members send a nasty letter to the bad guy, not ncessarily more)

  6. "Secret UK-Ukraine deal of 2024" is so much "Secret British-French entente of 1914". In the end it doesn't help because if you act on them, they are no longer secret and all hell breaks loose. The "secret" part is for "secret from your own populace"
