The West is like the villains Alonso and Ramón in the "Tintin - The Broken Ear" who sink to the bottom of the ocean grappling with each other, each of them thinking they are fighting Tintin who meanwhile is being rescued from a death at sea. I like this map at 13:18. Just to the West of Ukraine there is a target-rich environment. Will NATO invoke "Article 5" to do anything except write a letter of condolences to itself?
