22:30 No No No. Reminder that Starlink does not say that it is immune to being located or immune against jamming. There is no reason to not run Starlink because Russian can locate ground emitters or jam them or blow them up - of course they can; this is evident to any aspiring radio engineer just finishing high school, and is also evident to Elon, there is nothing to "figure out". There is, however a reason to make Starlink unusable for direct weapons control, beyond just providing local Internet access (possibly on the move, mounted on your car), if only to keep out of the political mess that this entails. If you absolutely want military applications, you can use the DoD's satellite system or the militarized Starlink (which is not up yet though).
