  1. 24:30 No, the Pentagon is not operating Starlink. SpaceX is not saying that Starlink "should be taken over by the Pentagon". Musk is asking for an Uncle Shmuel cash drop ("funding Starlink services for Ukraine"). That's different. He probably regrets having gotten involved with the bear trap and getting on the Ukrainian hit list for a few hours for his efforts - he wants to go to Mars, not go 6 feet under for the glory of the UPA regime. I'm guess a check will be written and communications will continue and Russia will continue to jam them with the Zhitel jamming system or whatever.
