  2.  @surethatsok  Eastern Turkiey has always been subject to earthquakes. It is coincidental. There are no ways know to man to rigger earthquakes, because those are releases of tensions that are built up over many decades. Same with the "weather warfare". Those are all fantasies for kids and poor sods who don't know their Joule from their Watt. Keeps people busy too. So they won't look into more relevant stuff like the Maidan massacre for example.
