  1. That's some James Bond opening sequence stuff (the first one being in "From Russia with Love" btw.) But it sounds a lot more factual and to-the-point than the disjointed "Petrov & Boshirov" narrative that we are supposed to believe in in the Skripal case. Also why you would need to set up Ukraine/SBU for this hit when you are already bombing them to smithereens every single day. AFAIK, the id had been pulled off some Ukrainian website, it's not like the passports found in the wreckage of 9/11.
