  1. 24:10 Starlink is just for communication, not for surveillance. I don't think NATO is involved at all here. If it was NATO they would use Iridium. Starlink is not more party in the war than are mobile networks. Pentagon is certainly not gonna rely on Starlink. Pretty sure it's not engineered to be safe against jamming. After all, the Pentagon is just building its own version of a "military starlink" right now.
