  1. 17:40 The idea of "incapacitating" someone during a fight to keep other people busy is never put into practice. If you are on the battlefield, you do not "incapacitate", you destroy the target. If "two others" wade in, you destroy them also (unless a ceasefire is in effect as happens in battles). Weapons are not tuned for incapacitating but for packing maximum effect into smallest package. And would one really use a highly mutating virus about which one does not know what it does as bioweapon? That being said, would one not jump at the occasion to demonstrate the usefulness of bioweapon defense via mRNA through large scale testing paid for by the people on whom those tests are run? That being said, Covid-19 was VERY incapacitating during the Armenian-Azerbaijan war, to Armenian troops at least which already had trouble doing basic defense operations against Bayrakatar drones.
