  1. Blinken is an example of an $ethnic and a neocon (and not a particularly bright one). Neocons, especially $ethnic neocons, have deep psychological problems (cluster B personality disorders) and are quite dangerous. Neocons want to finish off and break up Russia before turning to finish off China. Be very aware!
