Bolshevik removals (including the destruction of economic networks in ideological frenzy which lead to the hunger problem in what has been repainted as [YT REDACTED] by less than independent actors) I wonder how "60 million Europeans" can be fantasized into existence if the population of Eastern Europe was 79 million in 1913.
