It's like Germany breaking the "social contracts" (i.e. becoming controlled by very disagreeable oligarchs and genocidally crazed while under the influence of US anti-Russian ops inherited from anti-Soviet ops inherited from really enthusiastic operators left over from the WWII German occupation) between a country and a region that doesn't really belong to it even, like, say, pieces of Poland. And then it turns out that the western lands doesn't really belong to it either.
