Always remember that the energy you put on target ultimately & maximally the energy contained in the rocket motor (unless you tip the package with explodo-stuff), with a serious percentage off for inefficiencies (air drag, heat loss, sound and foury), I guess > 50% off, spitballing here. So eventually & at best you make a rocket motor explode at the target site. Now, what does that do?

  3. I'm dubious about those damage report. You can only get as much kinetic energy as you put into the Hazel Grove (with > 50% off for inefficiences), and thus the energy delivered to target is limited by the energy packed in the rocket motor. Now an exploding rocket engine is no beautiful sight but it's still not enough to destroy a whole industrial area.

  4.  @gurglejug627  For sure, but I was talking about energy, and using energy conservation is a perfectly good heuristic. You do not get wide-area super oomph out of falling blocks of (concrete/wolfram), but of course you can put a hole into a bunker
