  1. There's no case against self defense here Kyle would've been found not guilty even if the standard guilty until proven innocent. Very funny that you claim Rosenbaum "was shot in the back" many times when the prosecution's expert acknowledges this was shot 4 & it was due to Rosenbaum lunging for the gun & falling forward. That the bullet entered around the shoulders & went down his back. Also Huber & Rosenbaum went for his gun, it's on video for Huber & Rosenbaum's hand was burned by the flash that's how close he got to taking it
