  8. I went here on my last trip to Japan and can confirm this guy is the real deal! One of the best burgers I’ve had anywhere. I came in with limited cash as my money still hadn’t cleared on my card, as I could only afford a single burger he split the cost with me and hooked me up a burger with bacon and a coke! I never got time to go back in which I regret, so if you’re reading this Jim I appreciate the gesture and one day when I return I’ll be back for that double! Thanks mate

  10. I've worked with few Japanese chefs in the kitchen before for a very short time. They are really silent and focused on what they are doing. One thing that is really fascinating is their discipline. As you can see the kitchen is very clean

As Intermidiate schoolers, 5 of us would sometimes walk the 4 miles to school @4 am...stop @ a Bakery and the Japanese ladies would ask why we up so early and we told them because the street smelled real good when we reached there! 2hrs. before opening they sold us what we liked fresh and hot! That was in 1969, I'm 66yrs old now and I wonder how many guys watching this Baker will just fall in love with her like I just did? Just like the Bakery we stopped at as kids, she is a Baker with wings!!!Much happiness to her!!!

  20. I'm a trained chef, did 4 years at catering college in the North of England and worked in the kitchen at a very busy hotel in Leeds UK.. This young man deserves so much respect for the back breaking work he's doing. Catering/cooking or being a chef is bloody hard work never mind carting your work and setting everything up, massive respect.

Seeing this guy setting up his stall and kitchen, and thinking when the day is over, disassembling the stall, do the dishes, and he do this everyday, he is indeed the right and perfect meaning of hardwork. Plus, he may be fast, but he still has this gentle and grace with his movements. A big respect to this guy.
