  22. My man, the fact that you are importing US beef, making American style Maple bacon, having a bakery make custom buns both seasame and plain all of that is something else. However, the smartest thing I have ever seen was "you take pictures? Ok." and then slamming the License plate down behind the burgers, Genious man, great for their gram to show where they found an authentic burger and better for you to draw more customers. Killing it my man, have a long and successful business =)

Other than the set up, food preparation, washing, ingredients, stocks and beverage purchasing and more....This is a very taught job and the pay out isn't all that good but the culture value is priceless. I suppose passion is driving him. Good luck and if I ever visit Fukuoka, will sure drop by and have a meal.

  25. When I was an active duty marine stationed in Okinawa, we would do field operations and train together with the JSDF. They definitely ate better food than we did out in the field, but after our training we would go together for drinks and laughs on our time off together. I enjoyed the company of the friends I had from the JSDF. I think about them from time to time and wish them all well wherever they are now.

  26. The thing is, Japanese Cabbage even in its raw form is just out of this world. It’s just naturally sweet, so sweet that I thought they put sugar on my raw cabbage or something. Now imagine it stir fried with some meat. So simple yet so awesome. Japanese cuisine is just simplicity at its finest! ❤️
