He kept the US in 7 wars and almost started one with Iran and he vetoed a bill to stop the war in Yemen.

If you just shoot everyone who has the virus, PROBLEM SOLVED!

Yeah the next topic should be is China planning an invasion of Taiwan? This video does a pretty good job analysing the renewed tensions between Taiwan and China: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yI0foMtF_oU&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=2&t=560s&ab_channel=MyTake

Essentially, rather than physical genocide, it is cultural genocide. Forced cultural assimilation. This video has a pretty good take on the situation with Uyghurs in China: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPLjmNK_-YM&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=10&t=61s

The Saudis are panicking! Low oil prices mean they can't finance their war in Yemen anymore. Southern separatists have now declared independence, further fracturing their coalition. There's a great video that gets into the situation in Yemen and Saudi involvement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqpHV3xBCBE&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=2&t=0s

True. And they're starting with Taiwan if you look at their recent actions there. There’s actually a great analysis on the Taiwan-China conflict and the prospects of a Chinese invasion and Taiwanese independence: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yI0foMtF_oU&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=2&ab_channel=MyTake

Heck China is pushing to fully swallow up Hong Kong and if you look at this analysis of the situation we may be heading towards a second Cold War: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMm67LHxR7M&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=2&t=0s

I wanna hear Simon talk about another series of PROTESTS: Hong Kong. The Chinese are really exploiting the pandemic to fully takeover there. Found a great analysis on what's happening there and whether we're headed for a new COLD WAR: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMm67LHxR7M&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=2&t=0s

The president still signs it and can veto bills
14
Except they were not subject to Jim Crow laws or made into second class citizens
12
USA has 18000 police departments so it varies wildly. Also it depends which part of town you're in.

Yeah Mediterranean countries aren't the only ones having problems with their welfare state. The Dutch government just collapsed cuz of a massive welfare scandal as is explained clearly here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtC8wUqoRVc&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=1&ab_channel=MyTake

@callistuschan6587 He's too busy. He runs like 7 other channels
9
He's a corrupt tax dodging thief. But at least he owns the libs am I right!

Exactly. Diversity in representation means nothing if it is not accompanied by policy. She won't satisfy progressives but may not impact the election much, at least that's my takeaway from this analysis of Kamala Harris suitability as VP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5vPzjDjixM&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNEJi3ucY_PKP0-lHddrmi5x&index=2&t=0s

Kaliningrad is one of the reasons Russia is so interested in keeping Lukashenko in power in Belarus. In order to win the opposition must maintain a neutral foreign policy. That and more are covered in this analysis of the origins and future prospects of the ongoing Belarussian revolution: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKBYYD8nx4M&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=2&t=0s

All corrupt dictators need to go including Lukashenko in BELARUS. He's now facing the most sustained protests Belarus has ever seen. For a great analysis on the origins and likely outcomes of the "Belarus Revolution" I would check out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKBYYD8nx4M&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=2&t=0s

I had to laugh at that😂

@thicksunroof4687 Social Security, Military, Medicare, Medicaid, Education, Infrastructure

Essentially this is a neoliberal channel, I.e. pro-market but also pro-immigration and social liberalism which makes all the right-wing people on this channel think it's left biased even though it's really neoliberal biased. Just see how they talk about leftist Latin American leaders, they definitely aren't left biased.

@domenstrmsek5625 In most former communist countries a substantial part of the population misses the old system. Communism wasn't tht bad for some because then they had security, stability, no unemplyment and low crime. The restructuring caused mass unemployment and instability, so it's not tht surprising. While life under communism certainly wasn't free it certainly wasn't that bad relatively speaking.

They should talk about the ongoing Tigray conflict in Ethiopia. If you're interested there's actually a great video that goes in depth about the ethnic tensions and current unrest in Ethiopia: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMpbxqLsdZY&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=1&ab_channel=MyTake

Lol watch Ethiopia. The country is permanently rocked by ethnic conflict.

Visual Politik should do a video on the WAR between Azerbaijan and Armenia! For a great analysis of the Conflict between these two nations, it's origins, future and possible SOLUTIONS check out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2oAyBHztqxY&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=1&t=1s&ab_channel=MyTake

This is very worrying stuff. China really is expansionist and we see it with recent tensions with Taiwan. There’s actually a great analysis on the Taiwan-China conflict and the prospects of a Chinese invasion and Taiwanese independence: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yI0foMtF_oU&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=1&t=560s&ab_channel=MyTake

Well at least it's not like the Philippines where Duterte is literally shooting coronavirus lockdown violators! Together with shutting down opposition media and extrajudicial killings, authoritarianism really seems to be on the rise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=72mcga-A69I&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFIQEXA9JXA5SczSRr6EETR&index=2&t=1s
7
Of course it's all a cover for China's authoritarian agenda...the situation there could escalate tensions with the US to the point of a new COLD WAR. There's actually a great analysis on the future prospects for Hong Kong snd whether its the next battleground in a new COLD WAR between US and China: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMm67LHxR7M&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=3&t=0s

We'll see how Josh is, I wanna see his take on Sweden: So Sweden has tried the strategy of herd immunity and no lockdown thinking it will work faster than lockdown and waiting for a vaccine. It's an interesting strategy but comes with it's own problems. Found a great nuanced analysis on the Swedish no lockdown approach: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e92p_5we6qQ&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=2&t=0s

Workers forming a union to get decent working conditions in a private company is VERY different from police who are in public service forming a unuonmostly to prevent themselves from getting prosecuted or held accountable.
6
@Victor-lc3pw Exactly, plus Belarus is a buffer state and transit to Kaliningrad. However, there was a Democratic revolution in Armenia and Putin did not intervene there as the democrats remained pro-Russia. Perhaps something similar is possible in Belarus.

China is far more authoritarian if you look at what they're doing in Hong Kong. For a great analysis of the situation in Hong Kong and the possibility of a new Cold War with China: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMm67LHxR7M&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=2&t=0s

They are really developing but also expanding which is why tensions have been rising recently with Taiwan.
6
Exactly. Unfettered capitalism just leads to monopolies and oligopolies. Market regulation is needed.
6
Well they're already basically trying to takeover Taiwan. This video does a pretty good job analysing the renewed tensions between Taiwan and China: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yI0foMtF_oU&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFHRj0DwgGj-w0QKYK9s2Mb&index=2&t=560s&ab_channel=MyTake

We also have people dying from diabetes, does that mean cancer foundations should stop talking? This is a classic whataboutism. Two problems can exist at the same time you know.

Super It has. However political instability threatens to reverse those gains
5
There's actually an interesting analysis on the future of the US-China Cold War as part of this guys Q&A: https://youtu.be/suUvpIsU0qY I think it's towards the middle of the vid.

Lol. Yeah remember when people used to talk about starvation in Ethiopia? They've got a civil war now.

I say IF Trump is decisively defeated in November, Republicans will abandon Trumpism and a Mitt Romney type politician will take over. Based on this analysis there's at least 5 compelling reasons to believe Trump will LOSE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFcvglTgtGs&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNEJi3ucY_PKP0-lHddrmi5x&index=2&t=0s
5
@thicksunroof4687 Trump is a politician now and has used the presidency to appoint his own family members to political positions and has used the presidency to enrich himself through his hotels amongst others. That is nepotism which is corrupt.
5
@sasasassa4615 Trump vetoed the bill to stop the war in Yemen and continued wars in Yemen, Syria, Afghanistan and Niger.
5
Bolsonaro especially is crazy! The guy has fired 2 health ministers and organised anti-lockdown rallies! Keep in mind that this is a guy who wants military rule. There's a great video that gets into that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4l36bEME_4&list=PLRE6vgY7NmNFIQEXA9JXA5SczSRr6EETR&index=5&t=0s
