  1. Andrew, the only time that Visa Free Travel does not matter is when you are white. I am a Black Jamaican.

  2.  @ЕкатеринаАкатьева-б8б  The Embassy officials from these first world countries are very subjective in the visa process. They are taught that the white and near white people are those with greater means and would pose less of a risk of running off than the black citizens, so if you are a white Jamaican and you go for a US, Canadian, UK, Aus or NZ visa, you stand a better chance of being approved because it is assumed that you are a person of means.
