The sound of precision

@Omnipotencius No need Ukraine has Leopard 2A4/246 Germany is only Leopard 2A8 as well KF-51 in testing As for the Bradely Ukraine was given M2A2 while the US has M2A4 What Russia will learn is very little
1
Exactly, the equipment intact means the crew survived whereas Russian equipment , the crew is alway dead
1
Simple promote fear, then do it and claim you are acting in self defense
1
Crude but effective
1
@antzacalie :Literally wrong on every count
1
Its crude but effective but also flawed They shouldnt be going after personnel and other assets They should be focusing on targets that would do the most damage to Russian forces If you send those drones against S-400, S-300,and Buk as well as Russian jammers You are opening the door for the UAF air force to strike effectively Instead of picking off vehicles, the UAF can destroy whole fuel depots Drones are dropping small explosive in trenches Two 500lbs JDAM would completely destroy the trenchs So instead picking with needle here and there you are punching here and there with wrecking ball

@danielkaufmann15 See a few words and fakers crack like glass As for bridge vulnerability The issue with this was not the bridge but the ship and poor decision making of the crew The ship had no back up or emergency power to its propulsion. One the ship lost the power, they should have been trying to turn the ship around The ship veering into the bridge shows the that bow thruster was working but why they veered in that direction again ??? This harbor is shallow not deep The only way that you could protection this bridge from that much mass would have been with massive amount of X-blocs or A-jacks and they would have arranged so the kinetic energy is focus away from the bridge Easier to do when you building a bridge as you add to the design considerations substantially harder when the bridge is decades older and wasnt designed with that in mind
1
@Ubique2927 That would everything you write total and complete rubbish
1
@Ubique2927 And thus my point is proven
1
@Ubique2927 Again clueless one There is no amount of protection that would stopped that ship tear into that bridge The ship was 95,000 tons traveling at 8 knots shear speed and mass The only facts is that ship was poorly designed and even poorer decision making by the crew There was no back up to propulsion system and that they cant explain why they inexplicably turned the ship towards the bridge instead of away
1
@bigfoot7195 Here is the problem if the ship was having issues , they should have returned to port point blank its clear that the ship was poorly designed as the backup generator only supplied power to the electrical system , no power to the propulsion
1
Given Russia's desperate state I wouldn't rely on them holding to it
1
@shagrath4454 Exactly
1
Thats why the need Western made MLRS they can be precisely targeted
1
The irony is that Maintenance Chief is saying ok, you got 2 hours to fix it before it flies again
1
The irony is that Maintenance Chief is saying ok, you got 2 hours to fix it before it flies again
1
@kaskhan815 Yet we are 3 years into it and counting
1
@newdude1258 Wrong From med sea to Iran's border is less than 600 miles Israel will use its F-35s fly through Syria and Iraq to strike Iran as well sub launched cruise missiles via that route or Israel may send a sub to Arabian sea

Ukraine tanks Russian for the gifts
1
Not bad for a days' work
1
Sure there is fighting on the front but wars are not limited solely to front lines there buddy this conflict is being fought on strategic level
1
Scrap metal business is a booming

@Hydrazine1000 10 plus drones vs 1 missile' Not good math Javelins and Hellfire cost more but they are fire and forget There is little doubt they shred what they hit The only defenses against missiles is Active protection system or hitting the launcher before it can fire T-90 for example used the Shtora which used aerosol for blocking laser designation and EO targeting as well IR jammers for soft kill APS shoots projectiles for hard kill. The Hellfire-L , JAGM and Spike NLOS are advanced enough bypass all those defenses With drones there are several ways to deal with them What Ukraine and Russian both lack is JSTARS JSTARS gave the US real time movement of enemy movements Even with now , it being retired, the US Army is pursuing a replacement for it They didnt agree with the USAF decision however the USAF's concession was they wouldnt object to Army buying their own aircraft for battle managment
1
@knowledge.3563 Incorrect When drones are downed from EW They are destroyed by ground forces Secondly , 60 seconds on the battle field is life time assuming they survive whereas the Apache Hellfire lays waste to its target in 1 shot 4 Apache with nominal load 32 missiles has better than 90 percent of destroying their targets Again , how many drones does it take Ukraine achieve lethal results lastly, the Apache can travel hundreds of miles to target and back
1
@geeyouwhy72 Incorrect The Apache and Cobra not like the Ka-52 and Mi-28 The Ka-52 and Mi-28 have been shown frequently flying up high as well as using running and gunning tactics with cannon fire and unguided rockets Their losses only stopped when they started using LMUR missiles from long range out of Ukraine defense range The Apache can use the Spike NLOS and strike targets up 20 miles away. Thats will outside the range of Tor, Tunguska and Panstir S1 The Cobra using JAGM-MR can strike up to 10 miles , the Apache out of range of those sams Both can use the Hellfire-L with Longbow radar which allows them to fire without the need to unmask The only SAM that would give the Apache and Cobra a problem is the Buk which range is 43 miles and the only real use for the drone is attacking the radars for those sites allowing gunship to work freely As mentioned before how many drones is Ukraine using to acheive lethal results
1
@Hydrazine1000 And the other of that coin is how many drones is Ukraine using just to achieve lethal results
1
@lukejackson3940 Yet that Apache and missile is thousands of time more efficient than the FPV drone FPV have position themselves correctly over target to drop their payload or have to deal with targets with cope cages whereas the missile from Apache has no problem shredding the target with one hit
1
@knowledge.3563 Yes and you are forgetting that FPV can be jammed by EW whereas an Apache is immune FPV depend the target need multiple strikes whereas the Apache is 1 missile 1 target There is video where an FPV slammed into truck but failed to detonate
1
A Turkish Cobra was hit by Russia Igla and came apart the same way MANPADs dont have particularly powerful warheads but damage in critical area is enough to bring down the target
1
We didnt see anything because of the angle and quality of the video
1
@JohnSmith-fe5br Like I said, its goes back and forth one day the missile has the advantage, the next day the countermeasure has it
1
@JohnSmith-fe5br Missiles and countermeasures have been in constant tug of war Going back and forth There is measure, the counter-measure, then counter-counter-measures and so forth it swings back and forth
1
They could be but it wouldn't make any difference Russia's problem is lack of technology
1
@TommyChardonneret They have plenty trucks to use
1
Major points for the ingenuity but they should have used a bigger truck so the process of inplacing and displacing would be smoother and faster
1
Yana Kuzmina™ Again after 4 months no one believes anything from Russia
1
Right 4 months you think anyone believes anything from the Russia MoD
1
Putin's nuclear threat is starting to look like the Kharkiv will be the target
1
Does the Russian military not teach destroy or disable to prevent enemy capture
1
This only ends with Russia's defeat not peace negotiations All Russia has to do is take its ass home but they refuse to do so
1
1 year of massive embarrassment for Russia's military Ultimately , the West needs to give Ukraine the tools they need so they get decisively end things They need F-16s point blank. Its the only aircraft with the numbers and capabilities sourcing 100 F-16s from the over 4500 built is child play The F-16 can use everything Ukraine needs, AGM-65, AGM-88, AGM-84L, GBU-10/12/16 and AIM-9 as well AIM-120s That combination allow Ukrainian forces to decisively end things the West needs get the ball rolling The sooner Ukraine gets western aircraft, the faster things will end
1
Good luck with that
1
No, he's boned hence why he's trying fight extradition People like this don't mind exposing stuff because they believe they are above the law and won't be held accountable Now that he's being held accountable, they claiming its unfair
1
Funny how Russian forces are getting pulverized by the very same weapons they said wouldnt make a difference
1
@springbloom5940 What part of nuclear option did you not understand
1
@springbloom5940 They actually can ,however thats the nuclear option But its not necessary as Ukraine have succeed in putting both bridges out of commission Kherson region
1
@springbloom5940 If they try that the Ukraine forces can simply demo the 3 spans in the center
1
@springbloom5940 Repairs are based solely on the structure integrity of the bridge If that integrity has been compromised too badly, repairs literally become moot
1
@michealnah4194 It can be repaired but even then, repairs still have a limit Repairs are based solely on the structure integrity of the bridge If that integrity has been compromised too badly, repairs literally become moot
