The MIG-31 endurance is a fraction of that and the Su-35 is single seat You need 4 MIG-31 to make up for A-50 , then also realize while the A-50 could fly 8 hours without refueling, the MIG-31 requires constant refueling every 1 and half hours So yes, now that there is gap they are thinking of that now
