  1. I'm...pretty sure that's not what happened. The problem started when someone in favor of leaving the EU "Hey, this decision will be extremely complicated. You know who should decide this? Voters who probably have no idea what leaving the EU will entail. Oh, and we should get them to support leaving the EU by putting a lie on the side of a bus and then make it abundantly clear if we win that we never had a plan to begin with."

  2.  @billgilkerson5294  I'm not so naive as to think I fully understand all of the ramifications myself. I just know that it's not a decision you can just leave to the voters.
