Why would Trump give the attorney who got Epstein a sweetheart deal the job of Labor Secretary? If the Democrats and donors who visited Epstein's compound knew about his pedophilia and didn't say anything, yeah, investigate them. But if I'm to believe Trump knew and didn't do anything, the same standard should apply to him too.

That wasn't substantiated, so the best defense would be that Trump didn't know about Epstein's pedophilia. Except there was his quote about Epstein liking women "on the younger side." How young? He doesn't say. But let me see if I got this right. Let's set aside the question of whether the FBI is "in the pockets of the Clintons" (no credible proof). If it's true that Epstein had a lot of Democrats and Democratic donors at his island compound, and Trump was himself a Democratic donor, you expect me to believe Trump has never once been there? Oh, and as for "a quote from 17 years ago and some photos of them together isn't incriminating evidence," there's a photo of Michael Cohen with Hillary Clinton. Does that mean he was secretly working for her?

Brad Edwards, the lead lawyer on the Epstein case in FL was interviewed and he investigated that claim; he was unable to substantiate it.
