  1. The thing here for me is this: that grifter tipped his hand with how he makes a distinction between reparations paid by Nigeria versus those paid by the UK. In the example he gives with Nigeria its INDIVIDUALS, with the UK it's the NATION. He makes this distinction because his problem is with the NATION not the act itself.
