I agree with you that the real difference between the Germans and their opponents was doctrinal, rather than technological. The Wehrmacht was better than their opponents at getting the most out of their equipment, and were more flexible in the usage of equipment (converting the use of the 88 to an anti-tank role pretty much on the spur of the moment). As you briefly mention, the Western Allies' real technological edge was in their development of electronics (radar and computers). The only place that the Germans were truly more advanced than the Allies was rocketry. However, that was in part due to priorities, the Allies focused on the atomic bomb, the Germans on the V-2 and Wasserfall (I'm writing this while you are doing your video, and you just stole my thunder once again).

I agree with your assessment on the impact of Germany in both WW1 and WW2. I would also add, though, that without the distraction of Nazi Germany and the subsequent focus of the Royal Navy and British Army in Europe and North Africa, Japan probably would not have attacked in Asia. They would have been really foolish to attack an undistracted Britain, an unoccupied France and Holland, and the United States at the same time. It was only the very real weakness of the European powers in Southeast Asia, and their inability to send reinforcements there, that gave the Japanese a feeling they could grab that resource-rich region.
