The Muslim Council of Great Britain ( and Harry Windsor ) says this is just another demonstration of systemic racism in Britain and specifically in Liverpool.

If they don't like the course you are steering they sell your currency, stocks and bonds, talk down your economy and buy back when the price has hit bottom. Thus making a fortune out of the chaos they have helped to create. And the buy back is just confirmation that they believed in the economy in the first place.
