Dear Christian, Jeremy, what happened to the report you commissioned in 2018 when you were Foreign Secretary, which found that 245 million Christians were harassed, persecuted, discriminated against, raped and murdered in African, Asian and Middle Eastern muslim majority countries ? But the vast majority of people would not want to kill an animal to eat unless they were desperate so they are happy to let someone else do it for them and close their minds. I call that dishonest. And most of these people have pets and call themselves animal lovers. I do not believe there are two classes of animals - those you can eat and those you can't. Therefore, again, they are being dishonest and deceiving themselves to assuage their conscience. People DO know where food comes from but as I have said, they choose to close their minds. And it is not necessary to eat meat in order to have a healthy diet.
