  2. I can tell you it’s both extremes at big tech - you have the “working your ass off star” and the slacker who does as little as possible. Like any org, the slackers outnumber the workers. Just as my boss says, 20% probably does majority of the work, but the other 80% work harder at hiding and working harder to not do the work.
