If a 20m golf course, means 50 families relocate, and buy 5-10m mansions, it's worth it.... 50x7.5= 375. 3% tax. 11.25 million. You'll get to tax them for thirty years. 337.5 million in taxes from spending 20m to draw in the wealthy. You guys stay poor because you don't bother to learn how anything works. You just whine.

People act like a 401k just magically works, unless you actually go into your 401k account and make allocations, you are just putting your money in a hole. It's literally impossible to have less than 100k at 35 if you been contributing to your 401k regularly.

  30. Most people just need to start saving $50 a month. Once I did that, and put it into stocks, and got returns, the snowball was easier to pick up. Once you see your net worth growing, then you don't want to spend your money on other junk you want to keep growing it.
