Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Belize, St. Lucia and Uruguay all have territorial tax regimes. The Cayman Islands, Anguilla, the BVI, Turks and Caicos, and the Bahamas all have zero tax regimes, then Antigua and Barbuda, and St. Kitts and Nevis have zero tax personal regimes, so the tax free options in the Americas are not too shabby with the right planning.

You cannot renounce Argentinian citizenship. They have a wealth tax in addition to their income tax and they have discussed imposing the tax on all citizens worldwide now that they are in CRS. Kind of the opposite of the point.

@guilhermesalesferreiradaco2934 I said they were territorial and it's not hard to have your income from a corporation you own in the UAE pay for your life in a territorial tax country and pay zero tax.

@guilhermesalesferreiradaco2934 they have a tax residency plan where you only have to be there 60 days a year & any partial day you are there counts. It is only a 30 minute boat ride to St. Maarten. It would be so horrible having to live on a quiet island a short ride from the party island of St Maarten. That is for the lump sum tax. If you do live there, it's zero tax. Like I said, horrible being on a quiet island, where you can be at the giant party island after a short boat ride.

Taiwan also has a dual citizenship possibility for highly skilled immigrants now too. It's rare, but they have granted it.

The UAE, but buy a CBI in the Caribbean and renounce US citizenship ASAP if you are an American.
