  1. I mean food outside the United States is on average healthier. With exceptions for very few places, the cost of living is lower. In a fairly significant part of the world Internet access is cheaper and faster. In a majority of the world, people are far less likely to take as many risks with negative impacts on your health and well being as Americans do. In a majority of countries on earth you are about 10x less likely to be the victim of a murder, or severely injured do to violence. In a significant number of countries you are far less likely to require a car to live, further reducing your cost of living and your carbon footprint even if you travel by air a lot, because your percentage of the emissions from a commerical flight are miniscule. A large percentage of countries give you the opportunity to improve or maintain neural plasticity by exercising your brain learning a new language and many of these countries are small with neighbors who offer an opportunity to learn yet another language. Your healthcare costs will dramatically drop and in many countries not only will those costs drop, the level of care will dramatically improve too. The fact that you can walk more easily as your primary mode of transportation in many countries will improve a large percentage of Americans overall health.

  2. A deduction for the trust is not a deduction for the beneficiary. It is reportable income for the beneficiary.

  3.  @user-dy2qq5wh4b  I'm a tax lawyer and beneficiaries of trusts are taxed on income of the trust paid to them while the trust itself gets a deduction.
