  1. There is already US case law from the Supreme Court that forbids a tax on unrealized gains. It is unconstitutional.

  3.  @starchild1314  The other reality is that no such law will be enacted as 100% of the politicians in the USA are wholly owned subsidiaries of corporate America & despite what Andrew thinks, G.I.L.T.I. & it's progeny ushered in a 50% tax cut, not a tax increase, so the US government despite the rhetoric from the faux progressive Democrats is not going to ever raise taxes.
