do you mean the company that supplies our country with its voting machines is altering the capabilities of these machines - adding and removing software - at will and with NO congressional or govt oversight? there's the problem right there! congress has relinquished more and more of its obligations and authority not only to the office of the president and the supreme court but they're relinquishing it to private corporations. congress might as well not even exist anymore. all they do is hand out contracts to private businesses and set back and let them do whatever they want with OUR govt!
