  1. Peter Bradshaw I think you would need to pay about 3 times as much to get it hand built. Even Bentley are not completely hand built they use a modular design where the seats would be hand craft and fitted in a convenient fashion. Same for the dash and central console and carpets.

  3. What they have not said in this video is probably they judged in on price vs luxury. Range rovers are very luxurious. I have one and they are are also cheap for the Luxury and what make them cool is they can go off road. There is very little at that price than can do what a Range rover can do. The 7 series is a good car but it does not seem that luxurious when you sit in them. Rolls cost a fortune but are very luxurious. Audi's are very nice but not luxurious but do have powerful engines. This top 10 is more than likely luxury with price, performance and internal cabins all taken into account.

  4. It is a custom built car that would feel like driving a mini bought in the 1960s. You simply cannot get a car of that quality today for under 100,000. It does not matter if it is a Porsche or a Mini it is going to cost a lot of money.

  5. It is what they have read and waiting to use. The other engines are probably not ready yet. And diesel is far more efficient than petrol anyway.

  6. The car looks beautiful but it is a mistake. It will clash with other Land Rover models in a similar price range. It may also eat into their Range Rover sports sales. This vehicle comes in at about the same size as the Discover Sports. What is the point of it. If it had of started at 55,000 it may have made more sense but it is the exact price range of the Evoque.

  7. +hmbrz The 911 Turbo is a complete road car. It is one of Porsches luxury fast sports cars. A pure sports car would be the GT3.

  9. It is £10,000 cheaper and is very nice to drive and be in. See it all comes down to opinion. My opinion is that Lexus is the best of the lot as it is cheap, very reliable and exceptionally nice to be in.

  10. Petar Stankovic The S63 is not about performance even though it does offer it. The car is all about quality and comfort with the ability to go fast if need be. It is not a performance car.

  16. tim friend  This vehicle is not a complete replacement for the defender nor is it intended to be. All they (Land Rover) are really doing is changing the defender name so that they can offer more Vehicles to people. This vehicle is intended to challenge other manufacturers vehicles such as the Skoda Yeti and the new Jeep Renegade. They will also have a defender as well but they will be changing the name to something else. So lets recap this. They will have a DC100 light weight off road vehicle which will be as good as the defender 90. but they will then have a proper Defender that will go by another name.

Anthony Escobar I am sorry but the M4 in this was all over the place while the Audi was clean.  I have an RS5 and I have also driven the M3 extensively and find it an extremely enjoyable car but it would never out lap an RS5 on a track.  And that also applies to the M4 that is suppose to be a wonderful car to drive but it is clearly a car of fun and not track timing.

  20. BABY YEEZUS Bentley have better interiors and they are a super smooth drive. Mercedes have beautiful interiors but they simply are not in the same league. Now Mercedes has amazing technology.

  26. There is a market out there for workhorse vehicles especially in Britain. The only real option available to people in the UK are Hilux, G Class and Land Cruiser. The rest are just either too fancy or not a real SUV. The problem Grenadier will have is making sales at first which could cause a cash flow issue for the business. There is a market for the vehicle.

  31. In America a GR Supra starts at about $43000 and a GR86 starts at $28000. A V8 Camaro starts at about $38000. Irelands over priced culture is all down to the welfare state management of the economy that is has an extremely high taxation approach.

  40. BMW and Maserati are not that reliable either. I know people that have had horrible problems with them. To be honest when buying at that price point worrying about the long term reliability of those cars does not concern some people.

  42. To me it just looks cheap and cheerful with lots of flashy bits but not the quality that Mercedes is renowned for. It looks flashier than a Audi interior but does not seem to be as quality focused. Cars that are dominated by smart screens are very distracting and complicated to operate.

  43. That is the case for all modern cars. Too many flashy bright things going on. At nighttime they really distract from driver focus.

  44. Plug in hybrids are not the way to go. Trying to make every car a hybrid is going to do far more damage than good. Most of the materials that are used in hybrids are from the russian economic space which is going to fail.

  46. GR Yaris is a different type of car and is smaller as well. In the US and other countries they have a GR Corolla which would probably be more expensive than the new Golf R if it was sold in the UK.
