  2. So, if Germany wasn't that technically advanced of the allies in WWII, then why was there a scramble to grab all the top German scientists, mathematicians and researchers by the US and the USSR? Also, Japan had the Zero at the beginning of the war. They just didn't bother to upgrade it.
