The problem with the current situation is that the Founding Fathers never envisaged a Trump or a G O P who set out to exploit the naivety of the Constitution and the gullibility of a proportion of the electorate .Trump has to be brought to trial and his crimes have to be thoroughly examined by each and every voter .If he is found guilty as charged then he must be punished with the full rigour of the law including a death sentence . All those associated closely with Trump also need to be brought to justice and punished severely because this situation must never happen again.

  28. Summer Rain do White House staff usually have access to classified documents ? Surely important material could not be confused with Trumps personal documents .When did Trump disclose to the Justice Department that he had documents in Florida that should not have left the White House ? I think it is unlikely that the White House would handle sensitive material in such a slap dash manner but no doubt this is something which will be covered in future legal proceedings .

There is evidence that Trump was involved in organising the attack on the Capitol ,he knew the mob was armed and he tried to over power his protection detail and his driver to proceed to the Capitol personally .
